Nelsons Routing is a Sunshine Coast based CNC routing specialist, providing high-precision, fast-turnaround aluminium routing services to fabricators, with 15 years of local experience.
Originally operating as part of Nelsons CNC, a long-established manufacturer of CNC-machined aluminium components, our routing and slotting services were expanded into a dedicated business to better serve the growing needs of aluminium fabricators.
The business is led by Director Charlie Nelson while Matt manages Nelsons Routing, overseeing operations to ensure every job is completed quickly, accurately, and to the highest standard.
Nelsons Routing delivers repeatable CNC machining using advanced routers and machining centres. We specialise in high-precision CNC routing of aluminium box sections, round tubing, flat bars, angle and channel, producing perfectly aligned slots, holes, and custom shapes for louvre blades, slats, battens, and extrusions.
Our services support the manufacture of privacy screens, batten fencing, sliding and pedestrian gates, hand-railing, balustrades, façades, and a wide range of custom aluminium fabrication projects.
We machine custom-length rails with slots that begin and end exactly at the inside edge of the mitre cut, ensuring flawless alignment, accurate blade fit, and consistent results. We also provide professional CAD drawing services to convert designs into precise, production-ready components.
